Fibromyalgia is a Chronic invisible illness that affects your entire body, from head to toe. Some people are able to work some work according to the availability of the body, it varies as we all have a different experience. It is a daily struggle, fight, battle just attempting to approach life with some form of motivation. The inability to concentrate or focus on anything for any length of time is usually present on a daily basis. The tight vice gripping or sharp pain that won't let go sometimes gets the best of you and if you got anything done dealing with that then you did good. Unfortunately the rest of the world cannot see what you feel so its almost like it doesn't exist to them and you're making excuses. The thoughts run through my mind,  designing a master plan for all my kinfolk to shine  Been down for too long, cant see it any other way I was made for success,  not being stagnant playing games.  Not with cards, with the lives of males and females  dedicated through the falls belief in the scales of time.  Your life holds no weight on mine, Im one of a kind,  so what I fell more than a few times. Parents, biological or non please Pay Attention!! There are signs of a child who has been touched or sexually harrassed, first of all they withdraw. Your child may or may not have someone they trust enough to share what happened to them. You as the parent should at least try to develop that type of relationship with your child/ren so they feel comfortable enough to tell you whats going on in their world. They should feel like you have their back and would do anything to keep them protected. Molesters or Child predators do threaten to bring harm or kill your loved ones if you tell, and to a child it is believable.  At 8 or 9 years of age I was wrestling with a 16 year old, trying to hold me down to do inappropriate things to me. Prelude to "Have You Ever" Book Series Coming Soon Violated by a Friend We Cool but not that cool.. Have you ever been violated by a friend or someone  close? You know, went further than you wanted them to go.. Well I know how I felt about it when it happened to me. I was conflicted, part of me was like, Oh well he already got it so I might as well continue and the other part of me was in shock. I felt violated, confused, and embarrassed. I had to get some sort of resolve for this traumatic event that occured in my life.  For a long time it was ok for a man to take my goodies and not pay the price of rape. I had to realize it wasnt my fault, he had no self control and lastly he didnt even realize he did anything wrong. I was completely unaware of the passion he had developed for me, we kissed but that kiss lead to somewhere I was not ready to go.  Im not making excuses but I do understand passion, and I also understand that No means No! seriously

I am many things wrapped up in one, I am who I am What can I say I think different move different Most misunderstood  So Im going to tell you myself I been through alot since I touched this earth. ​ At the end of the day we all have choices to make.  We may make good choices or make  (what you may look at as bad)  poor choices. Depending on your perception you may take  some of the repercussion from the choices made as a lesson learned.  For me my best decisions are made with a clear mind, if you make a decision while under the influence of a mind altering drug, the way you weigh out your options will be altered not giving you the opportunity to make an intelligent decision. However everyday is another opportunity for you to take into consideration that you can choose different if thats what you want to do.  I'm not a preacher, I'm just someone who learned the hard way mainly because  I made a lot of bad choices and I want to tell you or remind you of this simple fact. Yesterday is not Today and Today is not Tomorrow!  We can make better Choices
